1. Services
LenosHub provides software development, web design, and automation services. We agree to perform the services described in the specific “Service Plan” or custom invoice you purchase with reasonable care and skill.
2. Intellectual Property (Code Ownership)
Unlike many agencies, we believe you should own what you pay for.
- Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, you own the code, designs, and documentation we create for your project.
- Open Source: Standard open-source libraries used within the project remain subject to their respective licenses.
3. Client Obligations
To ensure we hit our 95% on-time delivery target, you agree to:
- Provide clear and complete project requirements (“The Blueprint”).
- Grant necessary access to servers, repositories, or third-party APIs required for the work.
- Provide feedback on milestones within 3 business days to prevent delays.
4. Payments
- Fixed Price: Most catalog services are fixed-price and require payment upfront.
- Custom Projects: Larger projects may be split into milestones (e.g., 50% deposit, 50% on completion).
- Late Payment: We reserve the right to pause work if milestone payments are not received on time.
5. Limitation of Liability
LenosHub creates software based on your specifications. We are not liable for any consequential losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from the use of our software. It is your responsibility to ensure the software fits your specific business purpose.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
