1.1 Method of Delivery All services are digital. Delivery methods include:

2.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins If you book a service and cancel before our engineers have started the setup or coding process, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
2.2 During Development Once development has commenced, resources have been allocated. Therefore, refunds are generally not offered for “change of mind.”
2.3 Failure to Deliver If LenosHub fails to deliver the functional software as described in the agreed scope (and cannot fix it within a reasonable revision period), you are entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the severity of the issue.
2.4 Bugs & Fixes We provide a standard 30-day warranty on all code. If you find a bug in our logic within 30 days of handover, we will fix it for free. This does not cover issues caused by third-party API changes or hosting environment updates.
